Warranty:
Scandinavialamp warrants to the original consumer purchaser of its products that such products or components will be replaced from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of two years from the date of original purchase.
Replacement policy:
Within one month (from the date you receive your items), if you find the products with quality problems (Non-human factors or non-resistant external damage), it can be replaced or negotiable with refundable plan. You should be sure products are in original package (you have to take close up pictures).
After we receive the defective pictures and check it, we will redeliver it ASAP next load. We will share the shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you. (Note: Our quality-control professional stuff will give a final judgment on whether the quality problems are caused by personal factors or non-resistant external damage. The purchased products will not be repaired, replaced, and will not be claimed if its quality problems are caused by human factors or avoidable damage.)

What is Not Covered
· Consumable parts, such as light bulbs and filters.
· Service calls necessary to correct improper installation, repair or modification of house wiring, including fuses / circuit breakers.
· Labor cost associated with the removal, shipping and reinstallation cost, or other contingent expenses.
· Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper installation, including body shell and/or chimney cover(s).
· Damage caused by shipping carrier that was not reported with pictures in a month
· Damage caused by accident, fire, act of God, war, strikes, floods, and/or failure by third parties to deliver goods.
