Order Confirmation:
Orders placement can be confirmed via emails; we will confirm your order placement by sending you a pro forma invoice via email.

We will keep you posted on our production progress by emailing you product pictures in different stages.
Upon completion of production, we will give advance notifications for you to make proper balance payment and shipping arrangements.
Shipping:
Sample orders will be shipped by DHL or EMS
Bulk orders will be shipped via container vessels, we will advise you of the type of container to use based on the size of your order.
Custom Clearance:
Upon reception of balance payment, we will mail out the original bill of lading (or tele-release) for sea-can pickup; for shipping by air, we will provide tracking number(s).
Warranty:
Scandinavialamp warrants to the original consumer purchaser of its products that such products or components will be replaced from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of two years from the date of original purchase.
Disclaimer:
What is Not Covered?
• Consumable parts, such as light bulbs and filters.
• Service calls necessary to correct improper installation, repair or modification of house wiring, including fuses / circuit breakers.
• Labor cost associated with the removal, shipping and reinstallation cost, or other contingent expenses.
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper installation, including body shell and/or chimney cover(s).
• Damage caused by shipping carrier that was not reported with pictures in a month
• Damage caused by accident, fire, act of God, war, strikes, floods, and/or failure by third parties to deliver goods.
