Order Confirmation:
Orders can be confirmed via email. We will send you a formal invoice via email to confirm your order.

Payment Options:

Bank Wire Transfer
PayPal (for sample orders only)
Progress Updates:
We will keep you informed about our production progress by sending you images at various stages via email.

Payment Process:
Upon completion of production, we will notify you in advance for the final payment and shipping arrangements.


Sample orders will be shipped via DHL or EMS.
Bulk orders will be shipped via container shipping. We will recommend the container type based on your order size.
Customs Clearance:
Upon receiving the final payment, we will send the original bill of lading (or telex release) for sea freight pickup. For air freight, we will provide a tracking number.

Scandinavialamp provides a 2-year warranty for its products to the original consumer purchaser. This warranty covers replacement of products or components due to material or craftsmanship defects from the original purchase date.

Exclusions from Warranty:

Consumable parts such as light bulbs and filters.
Services required for correcting improper installation, repair, or modification of house wiring (including fuses/circuit breakers).
Labor costs associated with dismantling, transportation, and reinstallation, as well as any other incidental expenses.
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper installation, including housing and/or chimney cap.
Damage not reported with photographic evidence within one month from receipt due to transportation company mishandling.
Damage resulting from accidents, fire, natural disasters, war, strikes, floods, and/or third-party delivery failures.
