One-Year Warranty:
We guarantee the functionality and performance of all our light sources and fixtures. If any issues arise with the operation or performance of the product within one year from the date of purchase, we will promptly address and rectify the problem.

Two-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty:
We offer a two-year warranty against any manufacturing faults. If the product exhibits defects in materials or workmanship during this period, we take full responsibility for repair or replacement.

Five-Year Warranty on Wiring, Lamp Sockets, and Components:
We extend a comprehensive five-year warranty to cover the electrical wiring, lamp sockets, and other essential components of our lamps. Should any issues arise within this timeframe, we will efficiently repair or replace the faulty parts.

Warranty Claims:
In most instances, we process warranty claims by replacing the defective components in your subsequent order. Operating with a commitment to efficiency and cost-effectiveness, our approach differs from the typical return policy of a retailer. However, for spare parts required for repairs, we arrange shipping through standard postal services. All costs associated with replacement parts and shipping will be borne by us. If expedited shipping is preferred, we kindly request your collaboration in sharing the expenses of international courier services.

Warranty coverage does not extend to damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications to the product.
Our warranty policy remains valid exclusively for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
